According to scanner reports, a parolee is being sought by law enforcement for his role in lighting several burn piles near his residence on Willits’s Sherwood Road.

The scanner indicates emergency personnel were on scene attempting to dampen the fires when the male caused a 415 (disturbing the peace) and ran from the scene towards Hawk Terrace.

An officer on scene reported watching the subject enter his home, “grab something”, then leave the residence.

The parolee is described a male, 5’10”, wearing a gray hoodie & shorts.

Please remember that information gathered from initial reports is subject to revision as more facts become available.
