According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page, a vehicle collision in Lake County has resulted in at least one traffic fatality and major injuries.
Near the intersection of State Route 53 and Oglin Canyon Drive, the Incident page describes a three vehicle collision that occurred at 9:16 am that involved a black four door sedan, a Mercedes sedan, and one more vehicle not described.

According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident page, a moderately injured person involved with the collision has been flown to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
