A review of the criminal complaint filed by the Mendocino County District Attorney’s Office indicates 20-year-old Fort Bragg resident Lena Jade Reid will be facing charges for committing lewd and lascivious acts, producing child pornography, and subsequently distributing the material which depicts the exploitation of her own 2-year-old.
The criminal complaint also reveals a 33-year-old Ukiah man named Ramon Miguel Flores faces charges for his possession of child pornography and violation of parole.
It is important to note the information has not been proven in a court of law, and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
According to the criminal complaint, Reid’s sexual crimes began in December 2019, running through May 2020.
Reid faces two counts of “Sexual Acts with a Child 10 Years or Younger”, a felony. The criminal complaint detailed Reid is accused of engaging in oral copulation with the victim.
Reid also faces two counts of “Using a Child to Produce Pornography,” another felony. California Penal Code defines this charge as a parent of a minor child using “said minor to engage in posing with others for purposes of preparing a film and or photograph involving sexual conduct by said minor with other persons.”
The last two felony charges levied at Reid are “Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14 years.” These charges assert Reid committed a lewd and lascivious act upon the two-year-old with the intent of “arousing, appealing to or gratifying the lust or passions, or sexual desires of the said defendant.”
Reid also faces five misdemeanor charges of “Sexual Exploitation of a Minor,” which claim Reid sexually exploited the two-year-old and “developed, duplicated, printed, or exchanged” that documentation of the sexual act.
The 33-year-old Ukiah man Ramon Miguel Flores named in the criminal complaint faces a felony charge of “Possession of Child Pornography with a Prior Conviction.” This means he is suspected of having possessed media depicting “a person under the age of 18 years personally engaging in or simulating sexual conduct.”
Reid and Flores’s arraignment began on October 28 and will continue on November 4 where the defendants will announce their defense attorneys and what they are pleading.
We need to change the laws !
I don’t know if this person is guilty or not, but what I am absolutely positive of is if she is ( not guilty ) it won’t matter because Society / the public has already seen her as guilty.
~We need a new law~
IF YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!
It’s only right……
THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE PROOF IT BEFORE YOU POST IT ! !
