Scanner reports indicate a structure fire burned on the 77000 Block of Covelo Road near the Cal Fire station in Covelo at approximately 8:12 p.m.
Fire personnel told dispatch the fire was “knocked down” quickly.
A Covelo resident sent us these pictures of first responders going to the scene. They said the fire was not visible but they saw lots of smoke and suspected the “back of a house or a barn was on fire.”
