The following is a press released from Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
On 12-23-2020 at approximately 9:59 P.M. Deputies from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office contacted Jose Enevi Zarza-Quintero in the 1500 block of South State Street in Ukiah, California.
Quintero had an active Mendocino County Superior Court Arrest Warrant issued for his arrest [311.11(a) PC-Possession of Child Pornography]. Deputies confirmed the warrant with Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch and arrested Quintero without incident.
Quintero was subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held in lieu of $20,000.00 bail.
