The following is a press released issued by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
On 02-03-2021 at approximately 12:55 A.M. a Deputy from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office saw Joseph Grant in the 1300 block of North State Street Ukiah, California.
The Deputy was able to identify Grant from prior law enforcement contacts and had knowledge Grant had an active Mendocino County felony arrest warrant.
The Deputy confirmed the arrest warrant with Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch and Grant was arrested without incident.
Grant was subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.
