[UPDATE: Fire Extinguished] Driver Trapped Inside Burning Vehicle on Highway 20 Between Willits and Fort Bragg

Scanner traffic indicates a driver is trapped inside their burning vehicle after it went off the roadway and collided with a tree at 10:01 p.m.

Fire personnel have told the dispatcher they are on their way to the incident.

UPDATE 10:13 p.m.

According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information page, the driver of the vehicle told dispatch that he does not think he is injured by is unable to get out of the vehicle.

UPDATE 10:18 p.m.

Scanner traffic is reporting the fire is extinguished and responders are on-scene providing care to the driver.
