The following is a press released issued by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
On 02-15-2021 at approximately 2:45 A.M. a Deputy from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office saw George Mansfield in the 8000 block of West Road in Redwood Valley, California.
The Deputy was able to identify Mansfield from prior law enforcement contacts and had knowledge he had an active Mendocino County felony arrest warrant.
The Deputy confirmed the arrest warrant with Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch and Mansfield was arrested without incident.
Mansfield was subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.
