Man Down on Ukiah’s Low Gap Road with Drug Paraphernalia Besides Him

Scanner traffic indicates there is a “man down” near the Mendocino County building on Ukiah’s Low Gap Road. Medical personnel are responding to the scene where dispatch was told the man is lying near or on the roadway with drug paraphernalia near him.
