Scanner traffic indicates a woman living on the 400 block of North State State is reporting a prowler is outside of her home.
At approximately 9:05 p.m., the occupant watched an unknown male wearing a dark hoodie and gray sweats prowling outside of her front window seemingly heading to the back of her property.
