[UPDATE: Ring Found!] Fort Bragg Police Seeking Public’s Assistance in Identifying Woman Who Possibly Witnessed a ‘Missing Ring Case’

The following statement was published on the Fort Bragg Police Department Facebook page:

The potential witness in the missing ring case [Picture published by FBPD]

The Fort Bragg Police Department is requesting the Public’s assistance with identifying the person in this picture. This person has not done anything wrong, but may be a witness in regards to a missing ring case that is being investigated (ref case FG2100236). If you know this person you can contact Sergeant Shaw or have them contact him, at 707-961-2800 x 181 or email him at jshaw@fortbragg.com. Thank you for your assistance.

The following update was provided by the Fort Bragg Police Department:

The ring has been returned thanks to the person in the picture, we do not have her name as of yet, but we would like to thank her for quickly taking action to find the owner of the ring, thank you for being a hero in our community and making sure the ring found it’s way home!!!!!! I know this means a lot to the family that lost the ring
