At approximatAt approximately 1:10 p.m., scanner traffic indicated a Be On the Lookout was issued for a heavy-set male driving a green Subaru Outback wagon reportedly “displaying his genitals” to people near the KOA campground in Willits.

Dispatch reported the Subaru Outback is associated with an address in Fort Bragg.
