2.9 Magnitude Earthquake Wakes Up Willits

As per the United States Geological Survey Earthquake map, a 2.9 magnitude earthquake rattled Willits this morning at 7:11.

The epicenter of the quake was 4.3 miles east southeast of Willits.

As per USGS’s “Felt Report,” five Mendocino County residents had responded that they had felt the quake. Did you?
