This week’s COVID-19 vaccine clinics:

June 22, 2021 (Pfizer)
- COVELO HIGH SCHOOL
- 3pm-4pm | 76270 High School St

June 23, 2021 (All vaccine types)
- SHERWOOD VALLEY TRIBE
- 10am-1pm | 54 Madrone St, Willits

UKIAH FAIRGROUNDS
- 4pm-6pm | 1055 N State St

Walk-ins welcome at all clinics. Sign up at myturn.ca.gov or call (833) 422-4255. Parents must print and sign the online consent form for minors but are not required to be present at the vaccination appointment.
