Round Valley Experiencing Power Outage Possibly Caused by Tree

As per the Pacific Gas and Electric Power Outage Map, Round Valley residents are experiencing a power outage this morning. Electric outage details from the map indicate the outage began at 5:30 a.m. and is expected to be restored by 10:00 a.m.

The PG&E Outage Map

517 customers are reportedly affected by the outage. PG&E personnel are en route to the outage to assess the cause.

A photograph provided by a Round Valley resident depicts a significant tree branch lying across Highway 162 leaning on a power line that he took this morning suggesting the tree branch could be the cause of the outage.
