At approximately 2:02 p.m. scanner traffic indicated a fire was burning in the center divider on Highway 101 near the Talmage Street overpass.
The Incident Commander reported the fire is growing at a slow rate of spread and is approximately 30’x30′.
California Highway Patrol is being notified of the incident because the smoke is affecting the roadway, the Incident Commander said.
UPDATE 2:13 p.m.: The Incident Commander reported that the fire has been contained.
