Scanner traffic and the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information page indicate Highway 20 is blocked near the Redwood Valley exit after a vehicle overturned blocking both lanes.
The incident is near mile marker 42 and the CHP Incident page suggests the reporting part came upon the accident then reported its occurrence.
The CalTrans Quickmap indicates eastbound traffic is particularly affected by the incident.
UPDATE 9:48 p.m.: A first responder on scene reported the roadway is now clear and traffic is flowing.
