Law Enforcement and Medical Responding to Redwood Valley Home After Resident Finds Assault Victim in Backyard

Scanner traffic beginning approximately 7:45 a.m. indicates that a Redwood Valley homeowner on the 100 block of Campbell Drive found an assault victim in their backyard “covered in blood” and not knowing how they got there.

The victim, a male, reportedly is responsive, possibly intoxicated, and cannot identify what happened to him or how he got there. 

Medical personnel was told there is no need to stage at the scene.
