The following is a press release issued by Mendocino County Public Health:

Public Notice: Two Mendocino County residents recently have passed away from COVID-19. Our thoughts are with all of their family and friends.

Death #93: 63 year-old man from the Willits area; not vaccinated.
Death #94: 62 year-old man from the Willits area; not vaccinated.

Public Health asks all Mendocino County residents to think about the ways they are protecting themselves and their families from COVID-19. When in doubt, consult with and follow all CDC and CDPH guidance. Vaccination, masking, and social distancing remain the best tools for combating COVID-19.

Fully vaccinated people over age 65 (or over age 50 with certain health conditions) should strongly consider getting a COVID-19 vaccine booster to improve immunity. If you have questions about boosters or vaccines in general, speak with your doctor, or call Public Health at 707-472-2759. To find the nearest vaccine clinic in your area, please visit the Public Health website at: www.mendocinocounty.org/covid19

  1. Sincere and heartfelt condolences to those who are grieving the loss of their loved ones. It’s never easy to lose a loved one and I pray that God will comfort your hearts in this most difficult time.

  2. So sad … yet so many unanswered questions.

    1) Did these victims have any comorbidities (e.g. diabetes, cancer, obesity, etc.)?

    2) Had they received a 2nd Covid jab or booster 13 days or less before the day they died?
(This must be asked, since the CDC redefined “vaccinated” as “more than 2 weeks since 2nd dose or booster”.)

    3) Which testing method indicated they had Covid19? If PCR, what cycle threshold was used?

    4) How many days before hospitalization did they first show symptoms?
Were any treatments attempted (e.g. HCQ, Ivermectin, zinc, monoclonal antibodies, steroids, etc.) before or after hospitalization?
Did they die while on a ventilator or after treatment with Remdesivir (or both)?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

  3. Mr. Bill I have the same inquiries, too.
Are any local doctors prescribing therapeutic treatment upon diagnosis of Covid?
There is no context reporting whether these are actual symptomatic Covid cases/patients or asymptomatic patients with positive tests.
Have any people in the county had adverse reactions to the Covid shots?
