[UPDATE: Knocked Down]Single Story Residence Burning South of Ukiah

Scanner traffic starting at approximately 9:55 p.m. indicated that a structure fire is burning south of Ukiah on the east side of Highway 101 across from the Saecho Strawberry Patch.

A responding firefighter reported seeing a large column of smoke and upon arriving on the scene reported a single-story structure fully involved.

Hopland Fire, Potter Valley Fire, and Cal Fire are reportedly at the scene.

UPDATE 10:13 p.m: The Hopland Wildfire Camera briefly caught a glimpse of smoke and flames from the fire below.

UPDATE 10:49 p.m.: The Oak Incident Commander is reporting the fire has been successfully knocked down and units will remain on scene for approximately two hours for mop-up.

PG&E will be reporting to the scene at 11:10 p.m. to confirm gas and electricity to the residence have been shut off.
