[UPDATE: Roadway Clear]Traffic Control and Possible Closure on State Route 128 Near Boonville After Power Lines Block Roadway

Scanner traffic indicates a solo vehicle collided with a power pole along State Route 128 resulting in power lines blocking both lanes.

The Boone Incident Commander has requested Cal Trans responded to the scene to assist in the closure of State Route 128.

Pacific Gas and Electric is responding to the scene to clean up the power lines and is estimated to arrive on the scene at 9:40 p.m.

UPDATE 9:40 p.m.: The Incident Commander reported the hazard has been mitigated and the roadway is open.
