`On 02/19/2022 at approximately 11:47 AM, UPD dispatched received a call reporting a male in a vehicle in the area of E. Gobbi St. and Waugh Ln. who appeared to be selling marijuana. The officer observed marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia inside the vehicle and within reach of the two minors.

Riley denied the behaviors reported by the caller, but admitted ownership of the marijuana and knowledge that the other occupants were minors. Riley and the other occupants were removed from the vehicle without incident and the officer’s investigation continued. 1. And he will be out with a promise to appear. And won’t show up. And why did he have minors with him knowing he had all that in his vehicle. Oh because he has to be the cool one. This is what it’s coming to and people just say oh well and turn a blind eye to it. What a disgrace our society is coming to.

  2. And this is how minors get drugs and guns. From creeps like this. The POS was caught red handed!! Prison time should be handed to him, but it probably won’t.

      • One stop at the Dentist & your on cocaine. Cvs got every other medication Grandma is on etc. Should of charged him for running a leaf blower without goggles

  3. The minors may have owned the drugs and guns. Think outside the box. Drug dealers have used minors as mules and street corner drug deals for decades. He may have been the customer.

      • Is that vanilla ice?!?!? What a gangsta!!!!! Think hes a peach now?? A year or 2 with the sodomites will groom him up !! iF. He gets time at all. At least hes a role model for the youth!!!

    • It is our buisness its our community. And the productive members are getting really fed up with this adult. Acting this way. Especially around our kids. Theres no way to justify. His crimes. Drugs and guns dont work. He needs a job. But hes way too gangsta to do that

  4. I got drugs from a fed narc when I was in the Grass Valley Boys Home 1969. He gave me great high quality drugs so he could bust adults.
A bottle of real Owlsley Acid made several hundred hit when I tabbed it.
