The following is a press release issued by North Coast Opportunities:
In 95% of all emergencies, the victim or bystander provides the first immediate assistance to the scene. Would you know what to do? In partnership with the County of Mendocino and the Office of Emergency Services, North Coast Opportunities’ Volunteer Network is offering free Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) trainings on April 30th in Ukiah and May 21 st in Caspar.
This day-long, hands-on training will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to help themselves, friends, and neighbors in the event of a disaster.
