The vehicle, described as silver/gold, is believed to have rolled over but is now on its wheels and partially blocking the roadway. According to the CHP log, the vehicle has white smoke coming from it. A tow truck is enroute from Miranda. It is unknown at this time what caused the roll-over accident.
