Scanner traffic and the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information page indicate a Toyota overturned around 4:54 p.m. on Black Bart Drive approximately a half-mile up from its intersection with Highway 101.
The Incident Commander told dispatch they located one subject associated with the incident. Whether that person has sustained injuries has not been stated. A tow truck has been requested to the scene.
Preliminary reports indicated the reporting party witnessed a person was still in the vehicle when they first came upon the accident.
