Fifty Bales of Hay Stacked on a Trailer on Fire in a Potter Valley Field

Scanner traffic starting around 9:27 a.m. indicates that local firefighters are being dispatched to a Potter Valley field where there are reportedly fifty bales of hay stacked in a trailer on fire in the middle of the field.

The incident is located near the 8000 block of West Side Road and contained to a trailer.

There is reportedly a large column of black/brown smoke towards the south end of the valley. That column can be seen via the Alert WildFire Camera rising over a ridgeline.
