- Make sure you answer basic questions expected for an event: Who is organizing the event? What is the event? When is it? Where is it? Price? A contact person/phone/email for the event.
- Preferably, accompany your image/poster with a promotional blurb.
- Put it in an email and send it to matthewplafever@gmail.com.
