Scanner traffic beginning around 1:25 p.m. indicates that firefighters are en route to a vegetation fire, known as the Knights Fire, burning near the intersection of Highway 128 and Biggs Ranch Road in the hills east of Healdsburg.

Air resources are reporting the fire as 2-3 acres in size growing at a slow rate of spread. They estimate the fire has the potential for 10 acres. There is one structure considerably out in front of the fire that they said was “not immediately threatened.”
