62-year-old Arturo Gutierrez has been sought by Lake County law enforcement since his alleged physical assault of a Lake County woman on Thursday, August 18, 2022.
Lauren Berlinn, the Public Information Officer for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, told us that the search for Gutierrez ended today when he turned himself into the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office and was subsequently transported to Lake County’s Hill Road Correctional Facility.
Christy Mack Wisdom, the sister of the woman who was allegedly attacked by Gutierrez, told us that for the first time since the attack her sister wants to” lay down and try and sleep.”
