In the early morning dark of Monday, December 5, 2022, 33-year-old Christopher Roy Krch is suspected of entering a Willits home and beating an occupant’s head and face with a baseball bat.

Willits Police Department Chief Fabian Lizarraga told us the victim sustained “pretty serious injuries” and law enforcement county-wide is now actively searching for any sign of Krch.

The alleged attack occurred at a home on East Mendocino Avenue in Willits at 2:35 a.m. Monday morning. Scanner traffic indicates Krch entered the residence with a “baseball bat and another personal body weapon.”

Chief Lizarraga did not have insight into the motives of the attack nor the nature of the relationship between Krch and the victim. It is unclear if the victim was actively living at the location, or just “staying there” temporarily, Chief Lizarraga added.

33-year-old Christopher Roy Krch is 6’1”, 190 lbs, and has brown hair and eyes. He is sought for his suspected role in the nighttime beating, and if any member of the public has information, please call the Willits Police Department at (707)459-6122.

UPDATE 3:04 p.m.: Chief Lizarraga has confirmed Krch was apprehended in the last hour.

It must be stated that the actions described have not been proven in a court of law. In accordance with the legal principle of the presumption of innocence, any individual described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty

  1. You forgot to say his a WHITE male… so he’ll be let off with a slap on the wrist as most WHITE suspects are.

Chris, Today is the day of salvation. None of us is guaranteed tomorrow. As you well know. I forgive you for the damage you have done. But you will have to stand before a Holy and Righteous Judge at your death and give account, so please, stop hurting people. Accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior today! Find a church. Repent and be baptized. Before it’s too late for you.

We all have that “appointment” to die, and then The Judgement.

You’re in my prayers tonight. 🙏

🕊The rainbow is an age old promise found in the Holy Bible that God would never flood the entire earth at once again, but next time the earth will be destroyed by fire! 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
Jesus Christ is coming back soon! Get ready.
