[UPDATE: Traffic Moving]Two-Vehicle Collision Blocks State Route 128 Near Philo—Crews Working to Clear Roadway

Scanner traffic and the California Highway Patrol indicate a two-vehicle collision has blocked State Route 128 near Philo. The Incident Commander said the collision resulted in either minor or no injuries.

Reports indicate a Silver Toyota SUV collided with a green Jeep. The reporting party told dispatch they suspected the driver of the green Jeep has been drinking and was driving erratically before the collision.

First responders are on the scene and are attempting to clear the roadway. They have put traffic control in place to secure the scene as they attempt to clear it.


UPDATE 7:37 p.m.: Reports from the scene indicate traffic is moving in the area.

  1. Turns out that the lady from Vacaville driving the Green Jeep wasn’t drinking and passed the breathalyzer. Witnesses on their way to San Francisco who saw her erratic driving waited in the rain for an hour to give a report to the CHP.
