“Upon arrival, first responders and CHP personnel located an unresponsive Hispanic male adult laying on the east shoulder of northbound State Route 29 north of Hofacker Lane.  The Hispanic male adult was pronounced deceased at the scene for reasons still under investigation by CHP Northern Division, Investigative Services Unit.”
