3.5 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Potter Valley

An earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale struck Potter Valley this morning around 10:30 a.m.

The United States Geological Survey Earthquake Tracker indicated the temblor measured weak to light on their Community Internet Intensity Map.

  1. I felt it 2 miles up Tomki. Apparently centered just East of us in Potter Valley. At the time I thought it was about a 4. USGS showed it as a 3.5.
