Motorcyclist Crashes Into Tree in Laytonville, Airlift Inbound for Major Injuries

A motorcyclist reportedly sustained major injuries and is being transported via air ambulance following a crash into a tree in Laytonville this evening.

As per the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page, the incident occurred at approximately 9:10 PM when the motorcycle collided with a tree near the intersection of Harmon Drive and Laytonville Dos Rios Road. The rider was reportedly found lying in the roadway.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and provided medical assistance. The patient will be transported to Howard Hospital in Willits where the air ambulance will intercept them.
