“On 07-11-2024 at approximately 8:06 PM, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received a 911 call from 47-year-old Pan Jasper Brady, reporting that he had just shot a person. Brady reported that he had been in an argument with the victim, a 54-year-old male, and Brady retrieved a handgun and shot the victim.”
