A Cloverdale man sexually assaulted an employee at Ukiah’s Costco handing out free samples, authorities said. Timothy Scott McIlvain, 55, was convicted after groping a female employee and attempting to expose himself to another. He resisted arrest and was ultimately dragged from the store by police. Surveillance footage and employee testimony confirmed his actions.
Despite being assessed as “Above Average Risk” for reoffending, McIlvain was sentenced to probation and 10 years as a registered sex offender, with no jail time. He is currently in custody on unrelated charges and has filed an appeal challenging his conviction.

Meh, that south end of Ukiah… anything goes down there, so um… yeah, nothing surprising
Gee whiz, Timmie. Behave yourself.
Seems normal acceptable behavior for the “do what you want to do” South Ukiah.
Two days ago I pulled into Be-Bops Diner. As I parked 6 homeless at the entrance start yelling profanities and demands for $ as I started to get out. Drove away, and Be-Bops lost a customer. The zombies seem to be coming back.
Catch and release does not work.
The Zombie life is workable there, for now. Golden age of Zombiedom in Mendocino County.
This is disturbing. We must be careful when shopping or running errands in town.
