Fort Bragg Unified School District (FBUSD) personnel, board members, staff, and the community will come together for a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate a new transitional kindergarten (TK) building and modernized administration building at Redwood Elementary School.

The school’s new TK building includes four classrooms, restrooms and a new gated playground and garden area designed specifically for this age group. A covered walkway connects the building to the new preschool facility that was completed in 2023. Creating a secure and welcoming entrance to the campus, the administration building has been modernized and reconfigured to better accommodate visitors and employees. Solar panels were also installed on the classroom buildings.

Designed by Quattrocchi Kwok Architects (QKA) and built by FRC, Inc., both projects were completed over the course of the Spring and will be open for the new school year this Fall.
