[UPDATE] Hit and Run in Laytonville Causes Injuries

According to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Incident Information Page, there has been a hit and run with injuries at 8:56 p.m. in Laytonville near the Chevron Station along side Highway 101.

The CHP Traffic Incident Information Page indicates CalFire resources are being called to the scene to assist with the situation.

An employee of the Chevron station confirmed a hit & run occurred and said a CHP patrol vehicle was out with the victim.

UPDATE 9:24 p.m.

The CHP Traffic Incident Information Page indicates the pedestrian involved in the hit and run is declining to file a report. The Incident Information Page also indicates that responders are unsure if a vehicle hit the pedestrian.
