Mendocino County Superior Court Judge President Ann Moorman issued an emergency order today, Sunday, November 8th, closing all aspects of the local courts beginning tomorrow, Monday, November 9, through Friday, November 13th, due to COVID-related incidents within the court operations.

Ukiah and Fort Bragg courts will be closed for the full week.

All persons with court dates and times this week should please call their attorney.

According to DA Eyster, his offices both in Ukiah and Fort Bragg will remain operational and open to a limited extent. Because the exterior entrances to the two courthouses will be closed, anybody with urgent business with the DA or his staff should call the main office (463-4211) and arrange for an appointment time.
