According to scanner reports, multiple law enforcement agencies including Ukiah Police, Mendocino County Sheriffs, and California Highway Patrol are engaged in a vehicle pursuit in and around Ukiah.
The scanner indicates the pursuit took officers between Highway 101 and Ukiah city roads.
A reader told us the vehicle is a tan colored Ford F150 and is being driven by a Latino male.

Scanner traffic indicates law enforcement has set up spike strips on South State Street to stop the pursuit.

Scanner traffic indicates the suspect has crashed and abandoned his vehicle and is on foot in the area around Norgard Lane in Ukiah. He was described as a hispanic male adult and was said to “take his shirt off.”

Scanner traffic indicates a 911 caller told law enforcement the suspect is under a green tarp near a swimming pool. Units are responding.

Dispatcher is relaying to officers that the individual is in a backyard on Norgard Lane taking shelter beneath a tree.

Officers are on the ground on Norgard Lane searching for the suspect on foot.

According to the scanner report, the California Highway Patrol has taken the subject into custody.
