Santa Rosa Police Need Help Identifying Bank Robber

The following is a press release issued by the Santa Rosa Police Department:

On 12/4/2020, at 1304 hours, an unknown male entered the Exchange Bank at 499 Stony Point Road.  The male passed a note to the teller claiming to be armed and demanded money.  The teller gave an unknown amount of money to the suspect.  The suspect then exited the bank and got into an unknown vehicle.  No employees or clients were injured.
 
Numerous officers were dispatched to the bank and searched the area for the suspect.  After an extensive area search, the suspect was not located.
 
The suspect is described as a white or light-skinned Hispanic male, mid-20’s to early-30’s years old, 5’11” – 6’ tall, “husky” build.  He was wearing a dark grey hooded sweatshirt, blue surgical mask, blue gloves, white shoes and a black knitted hat that had two long strings and white eyes stitched on the front.  The suspect also had a red tattoo on the left side of his neck.
 
This investigation is still on-going, and detectives are seeking anyone who may have information related to this robbery.  Anyone who witnessed the robbery is encouraged to call the Santa Rosa Police Violent Crimes Team at 707-543-3590.  A reward up to $2,500 is being offered by the Sonoma County Alliance Community Engagement and Safety Rewards Fund.  The reward is for information leading to the arrest of the suspect or suspects involved in this robbery.
