Ukiah Man Arrested for Multiple Warrants After a Traffic Enforcement Stop

The following is a press released from Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On 12-08-2020 at 8:47 P.M. a Deputy from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle traveling in the 100 block of South State Street in Ukiah, California.

The Deputy noticed the vehicle cross over the white line into the bicycle lane more than one time.

The Deputy conducted a traffic enforcement stop with the vehicle yielding in the 100 block of South Hortense Street.

The driver of the vehicle, Brandon Wiard, had a Felony Arrest Warrant and three Misdemeanor Arrest Warrants issued from the Mendocino County Superior Court.

Wiard was arrested without incident and subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held in Lieu of $15,000.00 bail.
