[Update: Found Safe] Woman Suffering from Dementia Goes Missing in Sonoma County

The following is a press release issued by the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office:

Please help us locate Susan McCormick, 72 years old, Sonoma. McCormick may suffer from dementia and is considered at risk. 

McCormick was last seen yesterday, 1/3/2021 around 6pm, when she left her home in the 800 Block of Oregon Street in Sonoma.  It was believed that she may have gone to the CVS Pharmacy in Sonoma, but when she didn’t return, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office and Sonoma Police Department were notified by her husband.  McCormick may be driving her 2008 Beige BMW 528i with a license plate of CA/7HJP226.  She has previously mistaken her current Oregon Street address with a previous address in the 400 block of Country Club Drive in Napa CA.  All areas have been checked by Sonoma and Napa County Law Enforcement without locating McCormick.

Susan McCormick is described as a white female, 72 years old, 5’-4” and about 140 lbs.  She has shoulder length, white hair and brown eyes.  Unknown clothing.

Missing Person has been located safely in Marin County.  Thank you to all for your assistance.
