According to Mendocino County Sheriff Office’s Public Information Officer Captain Greg Van Patten, Search and Rescue has been deployed to look for a man who has gone missing on his rural property off of Round Valley’s Mina Road. Last night, 58-year-old Paul Duran’s family found his ATV on a “remote part of the property” with a flat tire.

Scanner traffic from approximately 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 10 indicated Duran’s daughter was concerned for her father because she had not seen him for five days.

Captain Van Patten explained 58-year-old Paul Duran has been missing for several days last known to be riding his ATV around his 258-acre rural property off of Mina Road.

SAR’s resources are stretched between two missing person circumstances in the North County– finding Paul Duran and a man who went missing in the hills south of Branscomb on Sunday.

If you have any information regarding Paul Duran’s whereabouts, please call the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office (707)463-4086.
