Highway 101 reopened just before 4:30 p.m., according to Caltrans District 1 spokesperson Myles Cochrane.  Winter weather had shut down several sections between Cummings south of Leggett and north of Ukiah late yesterday afternoon.

Downed trees, power lines, and snow caused the initial problem but a number of vehicles stuck in the snow also needed to be cleared.
