The following is a post published on Caltrans District 1’s Facebook page:

Caltrans Ukiah Maintenance crew partnered with the Mendocino County Department of Transportation to clear heavy brush on Road 144 in Redwood Valley, which connects Highway 20 to Eastside Calpella Road, Thursday morning. The crews cleared brush with hand tools and mowers, and Ukiah Maintenance also refreshed stencils and repaired signs at the road’s intersection with Highway 20.
