Scanner traffic at approximately 8:50 p.m. indicated Ukiah Valley Fire Authority was responding to reports of a small fire behind Walmart at 1155 Airport Park Boulevard. The fire itself was described as a “small spot” and was extinguished quickly.
At 8:59 p.m. the dispatcher indicated Ukiah Police Department was requested at the scene to investigate a potential arson.
At 9:09 a UPD Officer reported they were at the scene with fire personnel and “two subjects.”
