In November of 2021, detectives from the Santa Rosa Police Department’s Narcotics Team initiated an investigation into possible narcotics trafficking by a Lake County resident. The resident was identified as Eulises Moya Gomez (37-years-old), who resides on Yvonne Circle in Lower Lake. Through our investigation, it was determined that Gomez commuted, on a daily basis, to Santa Rosa to sell methamphetamine. Gomez also sold narcotics throughout Sonoma County.

On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at approximately 11:00AM, detectives from the Santa Rosa Police Department served a search warrant at Gomez’ residence in Lower Lake. Prior to the service of the search warrant, Gomez was contacted and detained near his residence. A search of the residence was conducted and 1 kilo (2.2 pounds) of methamphetamine was located and seized as evidence. Other items of evidence were located and seized that are indicative to drug trafficking. Those items include several pieces of clean/unused packaging, multiple functioning digital scales, three cell phones, and cash (approx. $2100).

Gomez was transported and booked at the Lake County Jail for Possession for Sale of Methamphetamine.

  1. Why did Nixle by Evernridge run a statement about this arrest AFTER the fact? I thought Nixle was an alert/warning system for impending emergencies?

Just google his name and city
