64-year-old Boonville resident Cynthia “Cindy” Marie Hughbanks has been missing for two days from her Boonville property and her family is concerned for her well-being.

Her cousin, Diane Toldeo, told us Hughbanks was last seen on Tuesday and left her Boonville property without setting up any plans to have her horse taken care of, which she described as “out of character” for Hughbanks. “She always lets people know when she’s leaving”, Toledo told us.

Hughbanks is said to have her dog with her, which Toledo described as a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix with “several different mixed colors.” She is reportedly driving a dark green Honda CRV.

A Be-on-the-Lookout broadcast described Hughbanks as 5’ 5’’ weighing 190 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. The last time she was seen Hughbanks was reportedly wearing a black and white striped shirt and blue jeans.

Toledo added her cousin would most likely be walking with a limp and often with the assistance of a cane or a walker.

Toldeo told us a missing person report has been filed with the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office. We have reached out to them but as of publication have yet to get a statement regarding the circumstances. When we hear from MCSO, we will update the article accordingly.
