Scanner traffic beginning at 10:43 p.m. indicates that a short police pursuit occurred on Old Stage Highway near Gualala.
The suspect vehicle was reportedly a blue side-by-side occupied by a single driver wearing a blue helmet. They failed to comply after an officer tried to pull it over for having no plates.
The vehicle reportedly got up to 70 miles/hour and crossed over double yellow lines before successfully evading officers. Units are continuing to check the area for any sign of the vehicle or suspect.
